You do not need to be a member to get Dysport® or Botox® treatments. For non-members we charge $13.00 per unit for Botox® and $5.20 per unit for Dysport®.

To become a member it's just $9.72 a month with a one time joining fee of $99. You can cancel anytime however if you re-join in the future you will need to re-pay the joining fee. If a payment fails you can either rejoin that day or make up any missed months at your next appointment.

Yes! You can get treated at your first appointment after your consultation.

You can sign up for Aspire rewards for Dysport®, as well as Allē for Botox®. These rewards can be redeemed at all ClubInject® locations so you can enjoy even more savings!

We treat mainly FDA approved regions. This includes forehead, glabella and crows feet. We also treat Masseter, DAO and Bunny lines. Lip flips can be added to the above treatments.

We will be offering fillers at select locations where injectors want to continue their artistic abilities. Currently this is available in Scottsdale AZ

We do not currently accept insurance.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash or care credit. We also do not provide any financing options.
